I am a Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Counselor licensed in the State of CT. My training has been in psychodynamic, solution focused and EMDR (eye movement, desensitization and Reprocessing) therapies. I have 30 years of experience and training helping individuals with histories of trauma and addiction . I can provide individual therapists, groups, and organizations with supervision, consultation and guidance on providing trauma informed care in all levels of treatment.
I offer organizational presentations, one day or multiple day trainings on the following topics: The use of EMDR to address Addictions or Impulse Control Disorders, Using EMDR with complex clients or ways to provide trauma informed approaches to addressing addiction in all levels of care. I can work with you to create a training experience tailored to meet your organization’s needs.
I offer individual EMDR consultation services via Zoom, telephone or in-person meetings. My specialty areas include: EMDR in community mental health settings, using EMDR with complex clients or clients with addictions, and getting started with EMDR for newly trained clinicians. As an EMDR basic training Facilitator and Trainer, I also offer basic training consultation for multiple training organizations
